The club are delighted to announce that last season's top goalscorer Ally Love has agreed to extend his contract at Galabank for a further season, the paperwork is expected to be completed over the next few days.

Due to the heavy rain overnight the Tweedie Cup final scheduled to be played at Islecroft, Dalbeattie this afternoon has been called off and with the venue  moved to Galabank and it's 3G surface. Both teams agreed to this late change a few minutes ago. 

Anyone looking to see two of the south's top sides get along to Galabank today - these two teams are more than likely to be playing in the The Lowland Football League next year which now appears to have a very realistic chance of commencing in July 2013.

These will be priced at £145 for adults and £75 for concessions.

Existing season ticket holder will be able to renew their ticket at the discounted price of £120 for Adults and £65 for concessions. This offer will remain open until Sunday 30th June where tickets prices will revert back to the fore mentioned prices.

Having successfully introduced the Junior season ticket for children aged between 12-16 last season we will be continuing this for season 2013-2014 and will be priced at £30.

The season ticket covers all 18 S.F.L home league fixtures and Reserve league fixtures played at Galabank.

The preseason friendlies are now being pencilled-in and so far the following is how things are shaping up, kick-off times etc will be confirmed in due course.

Youngsters Michael Chan & Kieran Roan have penned a further one year deal with the squad, both of these youngsters featured very regularly in the Reserves last season, both will join the first team squad for pre-season training when they return on 20th June.

20 year old Greig Thorburn has signed a one year extension to his contract, the left sided player was signed following his release from Kilmarnock FC last season and made a total of 14 appearances in his first season with the club scoring one goal.

Goalkeeper 21 year old Alex Mitchell has agreed terms with the club and is due to put pen to paper later this week when he signs a two year extension to his contract.

Alex joined the Galabankies in Jan 2012 and has established himself as 1st choice keeper with over 60 appearances already in the bag.

After two seasons at Galabank and 76 appearances defender Michael McGowan has informed the club that he will not be taking up the offer of a new contract, we wish the popular defender well in his future career.

Next Season Annan Athletic FC will be running four teams within the SFA's Club Academy Scotland, the club are holding trials for our Club Academy Scotland Teams at Galabank on 24th / 25th May, details are as follows:
