2020/21 season goes ahead with 27 games
The SPFL have announced that League Two clubs have approved the proposal that the coming season will be a 27-game fixture calendar and that if everything goes well, the return to action will be 17th October.
Over the coming weeks, the Annan Athletic board will be meeting regularly to discuss how the club will move forward with their proposals in order to comply with the restrictions that are presently in place, and as we near that start date in October, the club hopes that some of the current pressures may be relaxed and like all clubs, it is hoped that those early games will enable fans to actually be present.
