Annan Athletic FC Dominate Monthly Awards

Annan Athletic FC are delighted to announce that Manager Wullie Gibson has been named Scottish League Two Manager of the Month for October, while defender Keith Watson has been crowned Player of the Month.

Gibson recently guided Annan to a 6 game unbeaten run, securing 5 wins and a draw, including a hard fought cup win against Hamilton and a thrilling Scottish Cup victory against Clyde FC.

“I am thrilled to have been named Manager of the Month,” said Gibson. “A big thanks go to my players and staff as it is very much a reflection on how hard everyone has worked and how well we’ve done in recent games.”

Defender Keith Watson, who has been in excellent form for Annan, said: “I’m delighted to have won Player of the Month. It’s a great honour and I’m grateful to my teammates for their support.”
