Atkinson joins the squad

Goalkeeper Jim Atkinson has signed on at Galabank.

The 22 year old Carlisle based Goalkeeper started his career at Queen of the South, making his debut in 2013 against Albion Rovers, a game which secured the second division title for the Dumfries side.

Atkinson has went on to make over 20 appearances for the Queens but was released in the summer.

Last night he posted on social media, “Delighted to sign for Annan Athletic this season, looking forward to the season kicking off now”
