Board Elections – 2024 / 25

The following applications have now been received for the clubs board following the closure of the application date.

The following four shareholders have applied for the clubs board:

David Robison

Kenny Morrison

Russell Brown

Voting will be open from Tuesday 22 October 2024 to Shareholders who have renewed their shareholding before Tuesday 22nd October. Shareholders will be able to place up to 3 votes on their ballot form within the clubhouse between 7-8pm on Tue 22nd, Wed 23rd, Thur 24th, Fri 25th and Monday 28th October. Shareholders will also be able to vote within the clubhouse between 1-2pm on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th October.

Any shareholders wishing to vote via an online / postal ballot voting form should contact the Neil Irving at exec@annanathleticfc.com for a form. These will be distributed by email and can be submitted to exec@annanathleticfc.com or by post FAO Neil Irving, Annan Athletic FC, Galabank, North Street, Annan, DG12 6DQ. All online / postal ballot voting forms must be submitted by 8pm on Monday 28th October.

The three shareholders with the highest vote count will automatically be voted onto the board of directors. The individual with the lowest vote count will be eligible for co-opting onto the board for a period of 12 months where they will then stand for re-election.

The results will be announced at the clubs AGM in the Galabank Clubhouse which takes place at 19:30, Tuesday, 29th October 2024.
