Contract Extension – Keith Watson

Keith Watson Signs Contract Extension at Galabank.

Annan Athletic is delighted to announce that defender Keith Watson has signed a contract extension, keeping him at the club until summer 2027!

Watson, 34, joined Annan Athletic last summer and has been a solid presence in the team’s defence. His experience at the back has been a huge asset to the squad and we’re delighted that Keith will be staying for another season.

After signing his new deal, Watson commented, “I’m delighted to sign on for next season. I’ve really enjoyed my time at the club so far, we’ve got a great group of lads in the changing room and I’m confident we can kick on and have a strong finish to the season.”

Manager Wullie Gibson added, “Keith has been such an important player for us and we are delighted to have him extend his stay here at the club. His performance levels, professionalism and leadership has benefitted the team massively.
