Contract extension: Owen Moxon

Annan Athletic are delighted that Owen Moxon has agreed terms to stay at Galabank for the 2021/22 season!

Moxon, 23, joined the club 4 years ago now from local neighbours Queen of the South and has gone on the make over 100 appearances for the Black & Golds.

The club is happy to see the forward thinking midfielder join a number of players agreeing to stay with the club for the up coming season. 

Speaking to the media team Owen said, “I’m looking forward to getting back for the new season, for a full season with the fans back. Last season was so up and down due to covid, with this next full season hopefully not being interrupted and adding to the squad I hope we will be back challenging at the top end of the table like we should be and I’m excited to help the team do that”
