Match Report

Annan Athletic take a 2 goal advantage into the second leg of the play-off finals after a 3-1 victory at Galabank on Tuesday evening.

After a slow start from the Black & Golds, Max Kilsby gave the home side a boost with a thunderous shot volley past Ryan Mullen in the Clyde goal.

15 minutes later Clyde struck back with a shot from range. Euan Cameron’s shot beating Fleming’s fingertips to the inside of the post.

Annan raised their game in the second half, Max Kilsby again firing the hosts ahead with another screamer from the edge of the box before Aidan Smith’s teasing cross in the 82nd minute was turned into his own net by Erik Sula.
