Queens swept aside the challenge of Annan with considerable ease in this Development League match played at Palmerston Park on Monday evening.

The Queens youngsters cruised a three nil half time lead through goals from Aiden Smith in the 17th minute, Josh Taylor doubled Queens lead in the 41st minute and right on the stroke of half time Aiden Smith capitalised on a dreadfull error of misjudgement by Dan Wadge to slot the ball into the net. Aiden Smith grabbed goal number four in the 55th minute to secure a comfortable win for the doonhamers.
Annan’s next match in the Development League is next Tuesday when they are scheduled to play Ayr United at Somerset Park kick off 7-30pm. Annan have one more home game to schedule against Dumbarton to complete their fixtures in the Development League.
