LOAN SIGNING: Jamie Smith

The club is delighted to announce the season-long loan signing of goalkeeper Jamie Smith from Hamilton Academical.

22 year-old Jamie has progressed through Accies’ youth system and has made 18 first team appearances for the Lanarkshire side. 14 of them appearances came last season helping Hamilton gain promotion back to the Championship. Jamie made four consecutive clean sheets in August last season, picking up cinch League One player of the month.

Jamie has had loan spells at Rossvale, Broomhill and Blackburn United to help his development over the last few years. 

In his youth days, Jamie represented Scotland u17 three times.
