LOAN SIGNING – Layton Bisland

The club is delighted to announce the loan signing of 20 year old full back Layton Bisland from Arbroath FC.

The versatile full back can also play as wingback and has previously played with Dundee United and Peterhead.

Last season Layton was part of the Falkirk squad that went the whole season undefeated to lift the League 1 title and has made 16 appearances for Arbroath during the first half of this season, but has now made the move to Galabank until the end of the season.

Manager Wullie Gibson commented; “We’ve had to be patient in this window and that’s been frustrating at times, especially when we’ve been dealing with a lot of injuries. Layton will strengthen the squad. He’s a fit boy with good attributes and a positive attitude. He’ll go straight into the squad for Saturdays game.

Thanks to Goldy and Paul at Arbroath for working with us on a deal to get this done.”
