Scott Davidson finished the game off with another special goal, this time with a looping strike from 30 yards into the top corner.

Livingston looked the more likely team in the first half but Annan rode the early storm and Mitchell pulled off a couple of saves to keep the score level.

Annan made the visitors pay for their missed chances  in the second half, and when Brannan’s low strike found Swinglehurst in the middle of the box, he calmly slot into the corner past the keeper.

Davidson then sealed the victory with a spectacular to give Annan the win.
