Queens Park and Annan Athletic shared the points in this development league match played at Lesser Hampden on Monday evening.

Both the goals were scored early on with the Spiders going ahead in the 6th minute when Stuart Hay finished a well worked move by rolling the ball low down and past the outstretched arm of Craig Murray.
Annan replied in the 12th minute with a fine goal. James Johnstone was instrumental in creating the goal with a good penetrating run ending with a ball to Rabine Omar who finished with a good shot past keeper Samuel George. Annan came close to going in front in the 18th minute when Jordan Browns shot came off the crossbar.
The second half was evenly contested with Queens having the majority of the ball but Annan looking dangerous on the break but there was no more scoring.

Annan play Ayr United at Somerset Park next Week in the Development League , Annan’s next home game in the development league is on Tuesday 17th March when Clyde are the visitors kick off 7-30pm.
