New Constitution Update

Following the 2 week grace period for membership applications & renewals we now enter the ballot period which will take approximately 5 weeks and the following will happen,

As of Midnight on Friday 3rd February the membership renewals ended. Any person not having renewed their current membership at this time is no longer a member of Annan Athletic.

Also at this time applications for membership of Annan Athletic are closed until the voting process has ended and the outcome in place (either a new arrangement as owner/shareholder or the status quo)

All members (Life, Full or Associate) at this time will start to receive in the post a pack which contains a ballot sheet for voting for/against the proposal and information re the proposal.

Members will have around 4 weeks to return the completed ballot paper to Supporters Direct who will check and count the returns. The papers will then be sent to Annan Athletic who will appoint a group of Management and club members to check, count and verify the result of the ballot. The result will be announced by this group.

If any member has any questions or points of clarity needed around the proposed changes, etc. please contact any member of the Annan Athletic Management Committee or write to annanathletic.enquiries@btconnect.com
