Quitongo Extends Contract

The club is delighted to announce that Rico Quitongo has signed a one-year contract extension to keep him at Galabank.

The 24 year-old full back joined the club in January this year after spending the first half of last season ruled out with a serious injury.

Rico spoke to the media team after extending his stay at the club:

“I’m buzzing to get this season started. I owe a lot to the gaffer for extending my deal as I didn’t play as much as I wanted last season, but he knows what I can produce and the team knows that I was big character on and off the pitch last season. With a full pre season coming up I have no doubt the fans will see what I can do. I’m looking forward to working with the gaffer as I have previous experience with him and I absolutely know he will raise everyone’s standards on the pitch and off and I can’t wait to repay the faith he’s shown.”
