SPFL TRUST award £10k for Black and Gold Foundation

The SPFL Trust have awarded £10,000 to the Black and Gold Foundation, the charitable arm of Annan Athletic FC, which was set up to provide additional support to the community.
Club chairman, Philip Jones, said “This is great news, at a time when there is so much anxiety and worry in many parts of the country. This award is clearly a recognition of what our charitable arm of the club has been doing in the community in the recent past and the GoFitba project for local primary school children is a great example of just what we can do to support individuals and families in our area. We will be taking a hard look over the coming weeks at how we can best invest this money to ensure maximum benefit to everyone involved with the club”
