Dominic joins the club after spending three season at League Two rivals Stirling Albion.
The central midfielder started his career at Partick Thistle before leaving there to spend a season at Queens Park. Manager Peter Murphy signed him up early on and will be hoping he can make a bog impact in the centre of midfield.
