Tommy Goss – Update

Following a recent scan, Striker Tommy Goss now requires a knee operation to get back on the park and banging in the goals.

An online fundraiser has been started in an effort to get Tommy a private operation as this comes a cost of £4500. All money raised through the fundraiser will go towards Tommy’s operation and rehabilitation.

It’s hoped that by having the private operation we can all see Tommy back on the park within the next couple of months.

Commenting on the fundraiser Director Neil Irving said: “Tommy has been an integral part of the clubs success over the past three seasons and it’s clear the club are missing that Talisman on the park at the moment.

We all want to see Tommy back on the park smiling and scoring goals as he is such an iconic figure and fans favourite for all younger fans. The club would love to be in position where it could go out and facilitate the operation but the current financial landscape within the scottish game at the moment makes it very difficult. The fundraiser is one of many options we hope to explore with all money raised going direct to Tommy operation and his rehabilitation. We all want to see a fit Tommy Goss banging in the goals as quickly as possible.”
