Update on AGM and Voting for AAFC board Members

The Annan Athletic AGM will now take place on Wednesday 18th December 2019.
Part of the board election process allows shareholders to apply for the opportunity to take up a place on the Annan Athletic FC Management Board and represent the club and the shareholders.

The board is currently made up of 9 members and once elected the successful candidates will stand for 3 years.At present we currently have a full compliment of board members and of the required nine,three of the current Board must stand down and if they wish to do so, apply for re-election. The 3 members that were selected by ballot by the current board on Saturday 21st September were,

As stated above, 3 places on the Annan Athletic Board are now available and applications for shareholders to submit there application to stand for election to the board is now closed.

David Mann has applied to stand for election and as such a ballot is required to select the 3 applicants to join the AAFC Board of Management

Shareholders can vote for up to 3 individuals as from Saturday 9th November and can optain the ballot sheet from the appointed person in the clubhouse from that date. The Ballot will run for 1 week until Saturday 16th November. An online ballot will be operating within the same timescales.
