Volunteer Opportunity: Club Treasurer Wanted
We are currently looking for a Club Treasurer to join our club and help support the smooth running of our club.
About the Role
The Treasurer plays a vital role in managing the club’s finances and ensuring we remain financially healthy and well-organised. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day financial management
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Preparing simple financial reports for committee meetings
- Managing income and expenses, including membership fees
- Liaising with other committee members on budgeting and planning
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling financial information
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
A chartered accountancy qualification is highly desirable but not essential. We welcome anyone with relevant financial experience or a willingness to learn.
